Mo Zahrawi
Co-Founder
Mo began his career in real estate investment and development in 2003 and has worked with Goldman Sachs, Northstar Real Estate Finance, Westbrook Capital and Richmond American Homes. He has acquired and developed over 6,000 multi-family units and managed over $1 billion of investments. Prior to establishing RMG, Mo was the Managing General Partner of Diamond Rock Partners, a privately held Santa Monica-based real estate owner, developer and investment advisor. Mo received a BA in Economics, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Colorado and an MBA with honors from the Booth Business School at the University of Chicago
Tim Roth
Co-Founder
Tim has over 30 years of real estate investments, development and construction experience. He is a general contractor and the Principal of TRG Construction, RMG's primary construction partner. Tim has provided construction management services on over 50 mutlifamily real estate projects to Archstone and is currently managing all construction activities for RMG's pipeline of projects. Tim is a licensed general contractor, licensed real estate broker and a certified appraiser. Tim holds a BS in real estate finance from the University of Nebraska where he played Division 1 football.
David Lopes-Grunwald
Executive Vice President
David has spent over three decades leading and directing affordable housing development and supportive service organizations. David has created homes for thousands of housing-insecure people, raised over $340 million in funds and led the effort on 27 affordable housing development projects. David served as CEO of LA Family Housing, Affordable Living for the Aging and American Sunrise Communities. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Denver, an MPP from the Sanford School of Public Policy at Duke University and a JD from Loyola Law School.

Ben Noury
Project Manager
Since 2018, Ben has gained comprehensive real estate development experience with a specialty in affordable housing. He has managed over 20 developments from acquisition to lease-up. Ben holds a BA in Economics from Brown University where he was a collegiate athlete as a 4-year starter on the football team. Ben also earned MRED and MUP degrees from the University of Southern California.
Lydia Roth
Project Manager
Lydia holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Chapman University and a PMP certification. She has several years of experience leading projects in the development space, most notably all of the RMG prototype projects. Lydia provides a range of support to the RMG and TRG teams, including project entitlements, consultant coordination, service provider relationship management, and bridging the gap between the development phase and construction phase to achieve Certificate of Occupancy.
Sami El-Bayer
Senior Designer
Sami is the owner, principal and lead designer for EDDG, Inc. Sami is a licensed architect with over three decades of design experience on a broad range of projects. Sami leads the design effort for RMG's PSH and workforce communities. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California and an avid Trojan fan.
Art Lin
Project Manager
Art has 11 years of development experience and has been leading RMG's efforts to integrate modular design programming. Art Attended the United States Military Academy (West Point). After WestPoint, Art served for five years in the U.S. Army as a Base Engineer leading 40-80 troops and oversaw and supervised the development and construction of major projects. After leaving the military, Art received an MBA and MRED from the University of Southern California.
Brian Crommie
Project Manager
Brian has over 40 years experience in the Construction Industry. After graduating from Claremont Mckenna College Brian first worked as a Tenant Improvement/ Core and Shell General Contractor starting in 1980. Before 2000 Brian also completed a number of residential and custom hillside projects from West Hollywood to Malibu for notable local architects. From 2000 on Brian has specialized in multifamily and mixed use projects in Southern California. Brian has worked in various management capacities as a superintendent, project manager, construction manager, owner's representative. From around 2015 to present day Brian has teamed up with several developers to run their construction operations, overseeing entitlements, building design, procurement of construction financing and the project construction.
Devika
Project Manager
Devika was a professor of Economics, Accounting, and Banking for about 7 years after completing her masters from University of Pune. She enjoys connecting with people and learning from their experience. The last few years she has supported the project team by dealing with contract modification, compliance, payment reports and any other duties related to the project accounting department
