At RMG we build homes for people who need them

Transforming California’s housing landscape. We provide affordable, efficient and quality housing solutions for the unhoused, those at risk of losing housing and those who struggle to afford housing.

In 2023, RMG received recognition from the Pension Real Estate Association for leading the development program of the SDS-Supportive Housing Fund (“SHF”). With continued support from private impact funds like SHF, RMG is poised to develop over 10,000 homes for housing insecure individuals over the next decade.

“Simply put, everyone needs a home and we make that happen.”
