This 74-unit community is located within one street block of RMG’s first two prototype communities. It is located near the Port of San Pedro and offers residents large one bedroom units with an open interior courtyard throughout.

This 47-unit community is the result of a partnership between Southside Bethel Church and RMG to rebuild the church’s sanctuary, revive community participation and provide housing and supportive services to unhoused individuals from the neighborhood.

This community is situated in the heart of LA’s Koreatown within walking distance of well-established Korean restaurants, cultural activities and shops.

RMG and Grant AME Church are partnering to develop a 72-unit PSH project on vacant church land.

RMG recently acquired this site to develop a 75-unit PSH project located within one city block of a Metro Train Hub.

Our first mixed-income community in the Bay Area that will include affordable workforce, Section 8 and supportive housing for 220 residents of Oakland. It is located two blocks away from the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) station and will offer rich amenities and relevant retail for residents and the local neighborhood.

The Dolores Huerta Apartments were developed through a collaboration between RMG Housing and the City of Los Angeles that resulted in 40 units of permanent supportive housing for unhoused Angelenos. The community is named after the highly esteemed labor leader Dolores Huerta who participated in the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony along with Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass.

A 49-unit large one-bedroom permanent supportive housing community with rich amenities including active rooftop deck, computer room, library, bike storage, gym, public meeting space and supportive service offices. RMG’s partnership with the Veterans Administration will enable 49 former service members to have a supportive place to call home.

This community is a collaboration between the Harvest Tabernacle Church and RMG to provide housing and supportive services to 40 formerly unhoused individuals referred through Los Angeles County’s Coordinated Entry System (CES).

This 75-unit community for Veterans is RMG Housing’s first project in the Bay Area and first project to incorporate modular design. Located in the city center of Concord, residents will have nearby access to a broad range of services, shops and a Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) Station.
